Please share with us a defining moment for you in your yoga practice.
It seems that as long as I am not trying to control things, those defining moments happen with every practice and every class that I teach. No one moment is more important than the next. I have to say I love the peace and gentleness of a class when we sit quietly together in meditation. Such moments are beyond value.

The mind functions in five different ways: to perceive correctly, to perceive mistakenly, to imagine, to dream, and to remember in memories. Be aware of which states the mind is in at all times. Know the difference and not to indulge in any of the state. Be free of the misconception and drive the mind to ultimate clarity. Yet not to deny any mistakes the mind has played with us.
