The philosophy behind Thai Yoga Massage was based upon yoga practice which promotes awareness, mind-body focus, on both physical and mental levels.
I offer this service at the comfort of your own home at your convenience. All you need is a couple of blankets and an open mind. Allow the flow of movements to release muscular tensions as well as mental stress.
